24 Cancellation Notice is required for all dental appointments. For your convenience, we usually telephone/text one working day prior to your appointment to remind/confirm. Missed appointments may result in written notice and/or fees will apply for repeated conduct.

Dental Insurance Policies belong to the policy holder and not the dental office. The office is not privy to the specific benefits of every policy holder as per privacy issues. Please inform us of your insurance information so we are able to work with, as a courtesy to you, on authorization and processing of treatments. You should always be aware of your requirements and limitations of benefits with your dental insurance plan.
